May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We should be aware that mental health is a fact. However, we must recognize the truth found in the Word of God. Jesus is The way, The truth, and The light. He is The Solution! John 14:6
There are many causes of mental illness. Some prominent Biblical figures even suffered from this dreaded condition. As believers in The Lord Jesus Christ, we must arm ourselves and be prepared for when the storms of life are waging war. Do you have a spiritual battle plan for the unexpected? Do you have the Sword of the Spirit, The Word of God in your toolkit?
In today’s episode, we generalize mental health and propose our solutions. We are not mental health professionals, so if you need emergency help, dial 911. “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Psalm 91:11
